Brooke and Neil’s Muskoka Wedding did not disappoint. I’ve been excited about this one all year, a wedding on the water is about as close to perfect as I can dream up. I was also fortunate enough to get to stay at the resort for the night with my hubby and kids, if you follow along on instastories you may have caught some of the shenanigans and canoeing on Lake Rosseau. When I finished capturing their wedding on Saturday night, I came straight back to my room to tell my husband all about the highlights, there were so many! The first thing I said was that this wedding is why I love what I do. Brooke and Neil are such a wonderful couple, they are so generous and caring, relaxed and fun to be around. Their group of friends and their family were equally so, the entire day was such a joy. With exceptional weather, the Clevelands House was a gorgeous setting for such a beautiful couple.
Plus, who doesn’t love caramel apples as a favour, yes please! And the DJ twist, can’t forget that, I sat with Jason and chatted about Muskoka weddings, all the while completely unaware that he would break out with awesome vocal talent later that night.
This one won’t be forgotten. Many warm wishes to Brooke and Neil as they relax on their honeymoon in cottage country this weekend. Thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your day, it was a true pleasure!
